WAYNESBORO CHILI BLUES 'N' BREWS - LAYOUT REVISED !!

The layout for the Waynesboro Chili Blues 'n Brews Cook-Off Festival has been revised: (Need a Full Size Map -? !! Click Photo Above or LAYOUT.

1. Car Show parking has been moved to the southern half of the Advanced Parking Lot and all car show participants should enter at the West Main Street side of the lot.

Please note: There will be no dogs, bikes, skateboards, roller blades or baby carriages allowed within the Car Show area.

2. Handicap and Volunteer parking is now in the middle of the lot. All Handicapped drivers and Volunteers should use the Arch Street Entrance. All Handicap drivers must display a State of Virginia approved Handicap Permit to use this portion of the lot. Volunteers will be given windshield cards upon entering the lot.

3. Vendors, Chefs and Sponsors Parking area remains the same; at the north ind of the parking lot. PLEASE NOTE: Vendors, Chefs and Sponsors may use the Pavilion Entrance between the hours of 7:30 AM and 10:30 AM ONLY. All vehicles must be off the Pavilion grounds by 10:30 AM.

4. Porta toilets will be provided in two areas:

A) Handicap units will be on the west side of the Pavilion driveway area.

B) Non-handicap patron units will be at the north end of the Pavilion field.

5. Chef, Vendor and Patron wash stands are provided on the north end of the Pavilion field.

6. Musician Vendors will be located bewteen the stage and the audio tent.

7. Food and Merchant Vendor areas are along the upper river bank.

8. PATRONS PLEASE NOTE: There will be no coolers or picnic baskets allowed on the Pavilion grounds during this event.

Event chefs and vendors will be cooking up chili, bar-b-que and other tasty items. Blue Ridge Beverage will be pouring Miller Chill and other select beers. Other drink vendors will also be available from 11:00 AM - 5:30 PM.

9. The Admission, Beer Tickets, Chili Tickets, Event Tee Shirt Sales and Event Security / Information is located at the west entrance to the Pavilion. Please see any Yellow Tee Shirted - Event Staff - Volunteer if you have any questions or require Emergency Services.

10. Admission Buttons are on SALE NOW at Stone Soup Books & Cafe, Crossroads Graphics & Design and at the WDDI offices; 301 West Main Street. All in the downtown Waynesboro, VA area.

Admission Buttons are $4.00 in advance and $5.00 on 9/8/07. Beer Tickets are $3.00 each and Chili Tickets are $1.00.

Event Tees Shirts are $15.00 (Large, X-Large & XX-Large are available. Tee Shirts may be seen and purchased at the WDDI offices only; 301 West Main Street.
