The Promotion Committee for the Waynesboro Chili Blues 'n Brews Festival has set a cut off date of September 1, 2007 for registration into the International Chili Society sanctioned chili cook-off and the Peoples' Choice events on September 8, 2007 at the Pavilion in Constitution Park.
